No career in wine can neglect the influence of cuisine. Like yin & yang, wine & food go hand in hand and in Jeff’s view are as essential as oxygen to sustaining life. As a natural home cook his ideas on the synergy of flavours draws on many different sources. His multinational upbringing in the Pacific has had an enormous influence on his style of cooking. Combined with his love of Mediterranean food he has developed a wide repertoire of recipes soon to be published in collaboration with a client wine company. His involvement with the Amisfield bistro is testament to his deep understanding of flavour beyond the glass.
